Radiant Rentals
A host with furnished homes on Airbnb wanted guests to book directly instead, and a site that keeps working as the portfolio grows.
The problem. Platform bookings cost the host and the guest, and the host owns none of it.
The homes were only bookable through Airbnb, VRBO and Booking.com. Every stay carried platform service fees on top of the host’s rate, and the listings, reviews and guest relationship all lived on someone else’s site. Adding a home meant another listing on each platform, not a bigger portfolio of the host’s own.
The approach. A fast static site built around the direct-booking pitch, with room for more homes.
Every home gets the same page shape: photos, sleeping arrangement, amenities and location. A how-it-works section spells out why direct is cheaper, with the platform links still there for anyone who wants instant confirmation. A booking request form goes straight to the host. The whole thing is plain HTML and CSS with a single deferred script, so it loads fast on a phone, nothing depends on a framework, and the next home is a new page from the same template. The plan is a full marketplace of homes to choose from, and the structure is already there for it.
